Services we provide
Proactive Care Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), and contracted providers offer the following services to our residents based on medical complexity and therapy needs. Our Care Team offers the following services to our residents:
- Brain injuries such as, traumatic, anoxic, aneurysms/bleeding, cerebral vascular accidents.
- Amputee Care
- Colostomy Care
- Catheter Care
- Wound Care
- Rehabilitation Care
- Trauma Care
- Pulmonary Care including ventilator and tracheostomy care
- Medically Complex Cases such as trauma or fracture, residents with multiple antibiotic therapies, and tube feedings.
